Task: Validate Implemented Processes
This task ensures that the new implemented processes and tools satisfy all Client requirements for Service Delivery Processes.

Main Description

To understand whether the implemented processes are effective and meets the requirements as stated in the Statement Of Work, process review is conducted before publishing them.

Tool configuration reviews are also conducted to understand whether the processes are effectively implemented and the configuration made are in line with the defined process flows and that the tools is performing as per its intended functions.

As a result of the validation process deficiencies, tools configuration issues and optimization opportunities are recorded and results are shared with all stakeholders.

Validation results are used for providing management with an objective validation of performance reporting and an assurance that information being reported from the tools represents a sound basis for measuring service quality in terms of processes and Service Level Agreement compliance.

Based on the validation results a joint decision with Capgemini and Client stakeholders should be taken to rework if need be and baseline the processes and tools configuration which is to be made available to all.
